How to Register
All prices listed are the cost per person and include meals and programming. You can learn more about the different lodging options on our website.
Are you planning to room with a friend or a group?
If you are planning to room with one or multiple other attendees, due to COVID-19, we ask that you register together. This will ensure that you and your preferred roommates are assigned to the same rooms. One person will need to submit a registration form for all roommates and will need to include their own information (as attendee 1), as well as each roommate's first name, last name, email address, and any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Please DO NOT use one person’s email address for multiple attendees, as some of their information could be lost.
Single-person registration
We encourage all folks to join us for this weekend! If you are registering as a single person (not with a group or specified roommate) we will place you with a roommate! Single-occupancy rooms are not available due to the number of attendees. Sharing a room is a great way to get to know fellow participants. Please select your preferred room arrangement when registering. For example, if you are registering one person (yourself), and want to share a room with one other person in Crosby Lodge, you would select the Double Occupancy - Crosby option when registering. If you prefer more than one roommate, you can select the Triple Occupancy or Quad Occupancy options; depending on the number of single registrants, you could end up having fewer roommates than anticipated, but you will never have more than you have selected.
